1. Register as a fan on pureORAwalks facebook then;
2. Contact me here @ pureORAwalks so I can send you some stickers
3. Put the sticker in the most unusual outrageous place, take a foto and send in to pureORAwalks Face Book page
4. Then once a week we will announce a winner or winners
5. Now there are a SET of RULES (see below) you will need to read and follow..once that’s done you are eligible to play..now theres heaps of fotos being posted already to give you some ideas so get going and kia kaha..
COMPETITION RULES
The ‘Promoter’ is pureORAwalks
‘Disqualified Participants’ are, well there really aren’t any except for the following:
(a) all people under the age of 18 years where the prize incorporates air travel, alcohol or any other element which would be illegal to supply to a person under the age of 18 years;
(b) Participants must be 13years and over to become a fan of pureORAwalks.com
Entry
1. These Promotion or Competition Rules (‘the Rules’) apply to all pureORAwalks Promotions conducted on or off air and by means of any medium – radio, television, print, telephone or computer. The Rules may change cause we feel like it
2. To enter the participant must be a friend or fan of pureORAwalks Facebook page. To be a friend go to pureORAwalks website @ pureORAwalks.com
3. Multiple registrations, entries are kool, and we accept photo or video but must be made separately and posted on the pureORAwalks Facebook page except where we decide otherwise
4. Entry into the Promotion means you accept our Rules and confirmation that you have the necessary mana to enter the Promotion
5. This comp is open to Fans of pureORAwalks FaceBook page ONLY
6. pureORAwalks reserves the right to exclude any person from participating in the Promotion on the grounds we think you are an idiot
7. pureORAwalks reserves the right to refuse to award any prize to an entrant who pureORAwalks decides (in its sole discretion) has violated the Rules, gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means or just simply being so cunning you duped us
8. By participating, you grant pureORAwalks exclusive permission to use your names, characters, photographs, voices and likeness in connection with the Promotion and for future promotion and marketing purposes and waive any claims to any money or other that we might make
pureORAwalks Responsibility
1. pureORAwalks reserves the right to amend, vary, extend or discontinue a Promotion at any stage, for any reason; cause we can
2. pureORAwalks takes no responsibility for any inability to enter, complete, continue or conclude the Promotion due to equipment or technical malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnection, Acts of God or crazy whanau members
3. To the fullest extent permitted by law pureORAwalks will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury as a result of participating in this promotion
4. Where the prize is to be supplied by an entity outside pureORAwalks control and that entity fails, for whatever reason, to supply the prize, pureORAwalks has no responsibility for the provision of the prize and is not obliged to provide an alternative prize or to take legal action to require the prize supplier to provide the prize
Acceptance
Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
