Our privately guided walks include everything offered by the Nature-Culture or Nature-Education walks, but with your own personal guide and sumptuous gourmet food.
You can even have our chef accompany you on your walk for a Fireside Lunch/Dinner. He has developed a range of menu options for those who want to indulge a little and experience some of the indigenous flavours and cuisine of the forest in contemporary cooking styles.
