Rotopounamu Track - Tongariro National park
Rotopounamu is nestled on the side of Mt Pihanga, and can be found 11kms off State Highway 47 south of Turangi in Tongariro National Park. The carpark and start of the walk is signposted on the south side of the Pononga Saddle.

Whirinaki River Loop Track - Whirinaki Forest Park
The Whirinaki Forest is located east of Taupo and southeast of Rotorua on the western edge of Te Urewera National Park.

Rimu Track - Pureora Forest Park
The Pureora Forest straddles the Hauhungaroa and Rangitoto Ranges between Lake Taupo and Te Kuiti. A short diversion off SH32 onto Kakaho Rd and you will find yourself at the Rimu Track.

Go Bush Cabin - Situated on 3,000 acres of privately owned land covered in native forest located between Taumarunui and Lake Taupo, within driving distance of Rotorua. The property is close to the world heritage Tongariro National Park and the upper Whanganui River
